JV Technical CC was founded by Jaco Visagie in 2007 before which is was run as a sole propriety as from 2001.

It was found that there was a need for technical subcontractors in the electrical field who can supply the customers with an "all in one" package regarding the design, management and installation work.

JV Technical have been involved with a few large projects in the Electrical engineering field which also included the contract management of the Royal Bafokeng Sport Campus in Phokeng for the 2010 FIFA world cup as well as the 6MVA standby generator system and 11kV network for the NWU Potchefstroom Campus.

• KOSH bulk consumer meter readings and audits.

• Twaing municipality bulk 2.5km water supply line with 3.3kV step-up step-down system.
